Disaster Recovery, Telehealth and Project Management

We have

• served as technical adviser for the provincial Telestroke project, designed to provide remote diagnosis and bedside treatment of stroke patients in regional hospitals. This successful project linked two regional hospital emergency wards to neurologists located in Vancouver, using advanced video conference and imaging technology.
• developed a multi-university business plan for disaster recovery.of core administrative systems. This required collaborative efforts from six major universities and institutions across BC.
• supported numerous projects where an analysis and deep understanding of business needs was critical to successful completion.
